MARE Points

Step into the world of MARE Rewards, an exclusive loyalty program designed to appreciate and reward you with MARE Points during your hair care journey with us. As you become a part of this program, you'll have the opportunity to collect MARE Points while shopping online, and referring friends to shop.

Becoming a part of the MARE Rewards is quite simple. To begin, all you need to do is sign up for an account on our website. If you're already a registered member, you're automatically a part of the MARE Rewards but will not be eligible for sign-up points.

You qualify for Sign-Up Points by registering on January 15, 2024 onwards. If you already have a MARE account, you're automatically enrolled in the MARE Rewards program– yay!

There are no additional fees; it's completely free!

No action is required. You will be instantly enrolled in the MARE Rewards, but you’re not entitled to new Sign-Up Points.

Here's how you can earn MARE Points:

1. Sign Up: You'll receive 50 points right away once you sign up (New sign-up customer after 15th January 2024). If you already have an existing account, you'll automatically become a MARE Rewards.

2. Shop with us: Get 1 point for every ringgit spent on all qualifying purchases.

3. Refer a friend: Your friends will receive an RM10 voucher to be used on their order with a minimum spend of RM100. Once your friend places an order, you'll be rewarded with an RM10 voucher to be used for any orders of RM100 or more. Feel free to refer as many friends as you wish!

Select Refer Your Friends under the Rewards option in the bottom left-hand corner of any MARE page after signing up for or logging into your MARE Loyalty Program account. Copy the link to your customized URL and share it with as many friends as you like! You will each receive an RM10 voucher after your friends place an order, which may be applied to any orders of RM100 or more.

2. Click on the MARE REWARDS icon on the lower left-hand corner of any MARE page. You'll then be directed to your MARE Loyalty Program homepage.

3. There, you can opt to redeem your MARE Points for vouchers (in denominations of RM5, RM10, and RM25) that you can use for future MARE orders.

Please allow our system a few minutes to process and credit the MARE Points into your account. Email us at customerservice@mare.my or contact us via Whatsapp at: +016-4087388 with your order number if the points are still missing from your account after 24 hours, and we'll take care of it for you!

The points that amounted to the value of the returned product(s) from the order will be removed from your overall existing balance.
