Refund & Exchange Policy

We offer refunds and exchanges for items within the first 30 days of purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds

Your item must be in the same condition it was received, with its original packaging and box unopened (shrink wrap included).

Eligibility for Exchanges

Items are considered for exchange if they are defective or damaged. Please note that exchanges are only for the replacement of the same item.

For both refund or exchange requests, please send us a message via email at support@mare.my or WhatsApp at +6016 408 7388 with the details of your request (we may ask for a receipt and/or proof of purchase); our MARE Team will attend to your message.

Any item(s) that does not meet the aforementioned criteria, will not be eligible for refund or exchange. All Refunds or Exchanges will be at the discretion of MARE.

Refunds and Exchanges are only accepted for purchases made directly from our website (MARE.my). We will not accept any claims for returns or exchanges for item(s) purchased from third parties.
